Ribarska Koliba Resort

Loved the pool and very grateful it remained open in the heat when scheduled to close for the middle of the day and on Mondays. Staff great, particularly Maja on reception and Svetlana in the restaurant. Everyone was friendly and had a sense of humour alongside a courteous approach. All very clean and quick to resolve any issues. Breakfast was a fair spread of fresh fruit, croissants/pastries, delicious granary bread and a selection of meats/cheese/eggs with a warm veg side. Dinner also had several fresh fish/lobster options alongside a sensible kids menu and some reasonably priced alternatives. Beds very comfortable and showers good power and heat. Air con effective too :)

This complex is kept very clean and tidy providing a great location with scenic views over the marina. There’s a small beach bar with great beach facilities including bar service and hot/cold food. Pula is a short bus ride from the hotel which is a couple of euros each way and the great thing is the bus stops are literally outside the complex. Cabs are also very reasonable and a lot cheaper than the UK. Great quiet location for a relaxing break yet a stone throw away from the town centre and beaches.

The hotel was spotless and in good repair. The food was good and the staff were excellent. The location is super. The view from the restaurant and rooftop bar across the marina was a joy. Lots to see with boats coming and going. The bus service into Pula was reliable and cheap. Lots of selection for breakfast and not the boring British breakfast.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ribarska Koliba, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations. The place was impeccably clean, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Both breakfast and lunch were exceptional, offering a great variety of delicious options. The assortment of wines was impressive, and I particularly enjoyed the domestic grappa. One of the highlights was the room's terrace. It was wide and absolutely adorable, providing the perfect spot to catch some sun and unwind.

Bedroom was a good size with modern furniture, beds were firm and comfortable, there was a very large balcony with a lovely view of the pool area and marina. Bathroom was large with 2 washbasins and large modern powerful shower. The restaurant was excellent for evening meals. reception staff were very helpful. The pool area is small but pleasant, clean towels there every day
